Welcome

The purpose of this blog are the following:

1. to allow capture thoughts and record decisions that are made in the process of attempting to start a start-up
2. to keep team-members, advisers, and potential founders on the progress of ideas
3. to provide links to noteworthy news and information that I find
   

I will be taking my writings from various sources and posting them onto this blog. I've written emails and posted content onto two separate group pages, so I think it would serve me/us well if I consolidate the major writings in one place.

Finally, the ideas on this blog are mine, then why am I sharing them with everyone? I've already gone through some rigor in researching and understanding these ideas -- and in my judgment, based on a SWOT, the ideas didn't compel me to proceed. So if these ideas help you find the next great idea or mashup, I'd love to hear about it; no, I will not sue you.

You'll find though that the newer postings will be more vague in content and detail while I go through the investigative phase for whichever current idea; I may go back and fill in the details after a SWOT puts the idea onto the shelf.

We’ll see where things end up in a few years.
